Chocolate Fridge Cake – Gluten and Dairy FreeChocolate Fridge Cake is something I enjoyed as a child. The taste and smell is extremely evocative. I simply wanted to create a version of my childhood favourite that worked for those who cannot tolerate gluten (like me) and dairy.
Chocolate Hemp BarsNuts, chocolate, hemp and dates with some freeze-dried raspberries for good measure. It's both a visual treat and a treat for your taste-buds.
Simple Chickpea CurryMinimal ingredients, minimal effort makes for a quick and easy weekday curry. Serve with some buttered brown rice.

This chocolate chia pudding combines nutrient-packed chia seeds with antioxidant-rich cacao and natural sweetness as well as plant-based milk.
