Baked Spiced Fruity Oats

A one pan breakfast. Simply throw in the ingredients, and bake. It is simple to make and ideal to eat on the go.

 250 g apple sauce/puree
 1 large egg
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 ¾ tsp cinnamon
 ½ tsp ginger
 salt
 ¾ tsp baking powder
 50 g mixed seeds (or any chopped nuts)
 100 g mixed dried fruit (or any dried fruit chopped into small pieces)
 225 ml milk
 2 tbsp melted butter
 1 tbsp honey
 200 g oats

Preheat oven to 180 degrees centigrade (fan-assisted)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Pour ingredients into greased 20cm x 20cm tin

Bake for 30 minutes until golden on top

Cool then slice and serve
