Would you like chocolate for breakfast? This chocolate chia pudding combines nutrient-packed chia seeds with antioxidant-rich cacao and natural sweetness as well as plant-based milk. It's a delicious and fibre-rich start to the day and can be topped with sliced banana, fresh berries or some coconut chips. Delicious!
30 g chia seeds
200 ml plant-based milk
2 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
¼ tsp vanilla extract
Combine the ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
Leave overnight, stirring once or twice before you go to bed.
Enjoy for breakfast the following morning.
