 100 g cashew nuts
 50 g pumpkin seeds
 80 g pecan nuts
 50 g dried cranberries
50 g gluten free rolled oats
 200 g medjool dates pitted
Juice of half an unwaxed orange and zest
Juice of a half unwaxed lemon and zest
1 tbsp ground allspice or to taste!
1 tbsp ground sweet cinnamon is to taste!
 Pinch of nutmeg

1

Mix into a blender until it is dough-like and roll into balls to suit your desired size - I recommend 30g for a fulfilling snack but you may want to do Amazeball minis - 15g - particularly if you are on the go or need them when pre/post-exercise.

2

Store in an air-tight sealed container

3

Best before 10 days for freshness of flavour or they can be frozen.

Tips - for a smoother ball blend the dry ingredients first and then add the dates last whilst the blender is going. Otherwise, enjoy the nutty seedy textures.

For decoration, you can add vegan white chocolate, cranberries and pumpkin seeds to make them look like Christmas puddings!
