Chocolate Chia PuddingWould you like chocolate for breakfast? This chocolate chia pudding combines nutrient-packed chia seeds with antioxidant-rich cacao and natural sweetness as well as plant-based milk. It's a delicious and fibre-rich start to the day and can be topped with sliced banana, fresh berries or some coconut chips. Delicious!
Breakfast SliceSome mornings are just too busy for anything other than a "grab and go" style breakfast. I know this from experience as these breakfast slices have been munched by my 15 year old many a time on the way to school.
Banana Breakfast MuffinWhen you want your children to go to school on something tasty but filling this muffin makes a change from the usual. It's full of fibre and tastes delicious.
