Many people lead busy lives and don’t often have a lot of time to prepare meals.  At the Lunchbox Doctor we believe that everyone can eat healthy and nutritious meals and below are a collection of easy recipes for you to enjoy.

Fruity Kefir ShakeA gut-friendly breakfast or snack. Kefir is a fermented yogurt drink. It is rich in probiotic bacteria. Children do seem to love it which is a good thing as it is a boost to their immune system.
