Strawberry and Banana Flapjack

A very low sugar flapjack that tastes of summer.

 200 g mashed ripe banana
 1 tbsp maple syrup
 1 tbsp chia seeds
 30 g freeze-dried strawberries
 100 g melted butter or coconut oil
 180 g oats (can use gluten free)

Combine all ingredients in a food processor


Fill 8 holes of a brownie tin


Bake at 180 degrees centigrade (fan-assisted) for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven then leave to cool before removing from the tin.
