Ginger Tigernut CookiesTigernuts are actually not a nut at all but a starchy vegetable and a source of resistant starch. These cookies have a lot going for them nutritionally and have a fantastically scrumptious gingery taste.
Ginger Banana BreadA new take on an old Lunchbox Doctor recipe. For those that love the banana bread but want a slightly different (more exotic!) flavour here's a ginger flavoured version.
Fruity Kefir ShakeA gut-friendly breakfast or snack. Kefir is a fermented yogurt drink. It is rich in probiotic bacteria. Children do seem to love it which is a good thing as it is a boost to their immune system.
